What we do with your data.
No dark patterns and nothing sold on. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and how to have it corrected or deleted.

Kairos Ascent (“we”, “us”) is a small marketing studio operating in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our client work, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
Contact form. If you fill in the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you submit.
WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send — your name, number and the content of the conversation — through WhatsApp’s own service.
Basic analytics. Like most websites, we may use analytics tools (Google Analytics-type services) to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, what device they’re using and how they found the site. This is used to understand and improve the site, not to identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, put together a quote, deliver the service you’ve asked for, and keep basic records of that work. Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is performing and where it can be improved.
We don’t sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and our business, and they may process data on our behalf:
— Analytics providers (Google Analytics-type tools), to understand site usage.
— Advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, once ad campaigns are running, to measure and improve them.
— WhatsApp (Meta), for messages you choose to send us.
— Our website hosting and email providers, to keep the site online and our inbox working.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and any data you send through them is also subject to their policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as it’s reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver the work, and keep basic business records — and not much longer than that. If you ask us to delete your information and there’s no ongoing reason to keep it, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
— See what personal information we hold about you.
— Correct anything that’s inaccurate.
— Delete your personal information.

UAE data protection law
As a UAE-based studio, we aim to handle personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the UAE PDPL), including the rights described above.

Children
This website isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We won’t make changes that quietly reduce your rights.
